These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations of booking with Taunton Teaching Alliance. We assume that at the time of booking you accept these terms and conditions in full.


Payment

An invoice will be emailed to you at the time of booking. Payment of this invoice must be received by Taunton Teaching Alliance within 30 days of the booking.


Cancellation Rights and Refunds

Bookings for an event or course cannot be exchanged or refunded once purchased other than for the reasons set out below:

  • If an event or course is rescheduled, or the location is changed, Taunton Teaching Alliance will notify you and give you the option of either transferring your booking to the new date/location, or alternatively claiming a refund
  • If an event or course is cancelled by Taunton Teaching Alliance, you will normally be offered a full refund


Attending an Event or Course

Before you finalise your booking, please read through all the information that applies to the event or course to ensure you are happy to continue.

If you, or any member of your party has any particular dietary or access requirements please raise these in the Special Dietary Requirements and the Notes sections of the online booking form when making your booking. There is no guarantee that requirements can be met if notified on the day of the event or course.
